Built for small businesses that deserve better IT support

I started WayFinder Shield because I kept seeing the same problem: small businesses were getting hit with security issues that were completely preventable, and they had nobody to call who would actually explain what happened and how to fix it.

Most IT vendors either ignore businesses under a certain size or bundle them into a one-size-fits-all managed service contract. Small business owners end up paying for things they don't need and not getting help with the things they actually care about.

WayFinder Shield is my answer to that. Practical, local, plain-English IT support and cybersecurity — starting with an honest look at where your business stands, and working from there.

I'm based in Lakeland. I work with small businesses across Polk County and Central Florida, and I can support clients remotely wherever it makes sense. Every job gets documented. You'll always know what was done and why.
